# Freightcamp Ho Chi Minh City 2026: One Month to Go
One month remains until Freightcamp brings the PANCO family together in Ho Chi Minh City from 27–29 October 2026. Reconnect with partners, explore new opportunities and register ahead of the 1to1 meeting scheduler opening on 13 October.
Freightcamp Ho Chi Minh City 2026 takes place from 27–29 October 2026, bringing the PANCO family together to renew partner relationships, discuss new routes and projects, and meet members with relevant expertise. Members should register before the 1to1 meeting scheduler opens on 13 October, then prepare meetings and follow up afterwards.
When a partner needs help in your market, you want to be one of the people they call. That starts with knowing each other, understanding what you can do together and keeping in touch.
In one month, Freightcamp brings the PANCO family together in [Ho Chi Minh City](https://hcmc2026.freightcamp.com/), from **27–29 October**. It’s time to step away from the daily rush and give those relationships some attention.
Over a meeting or lunch, an existing partner might tell you about a new route they’re developing. A new contact might have the cold-chain expertise you need for a customer. And they get to hear what’s new in your business, too. Miss those chances to catch up, and even good partners can lose touch with what you offer. The next enquiry may go elsewhere simply because they didn’t know you could help.
We hear about the value of these meetings in post-event surveys and when we speak with members weeks and months later: who they met, which relationships they renewed and what they’re now working on together. It reinforces why being there matters, especially when members come prepared, take networking seriously and follow up afterwards.
Those relationships deserve attention throughout the year. We’ve moved beyond one annual event to a [full PANCO calendar](https://www.freightcamp.com/blog/panco-unveils-its-most-ambitious-networking-calendar-yet), with our global Freightcamp conference, a regional gathering in [LATAM](https://intermodal.freightcamp.com/) and virtual meetings focused on [specialist services](https://specialties.freightcamp.com/). There are now more ways to stay close to your partners and meet members with the expertise your business needs.
