New to the Network? Freightcamp Is the Best Place to Start Building Global Partnerships
If you’ve recently joined our network, you may be wondering how to start building meaningful connections. Freightcamp is the perfect place to begin—a unique opportunity to meet fellow members, introduce your company, and start developing global partnerships in a friendly, professional setting.
Held over three days, Freightcamp brings together independent freight forwarders from across the world to exchange ideas, explore collaboration, and build strong relationships. Everyone shares a common spirit of community and a desire to create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Let’s take a look at how Freightcamp helps new members gain visibility, feel at home, and build valuable connections.
Stand Out from the Start
Before the event begins, our 1to1 meeting scheduler clearly identifies all new members with a special label and filter. This ensures existing members can easily find and meet you. Everyone is eager to connect with new partners and explore fresh opportunities.
A Warm Welcome for New Members
One of the highlights for newcomers is the New Members Workshop, held on the first day of Freightcamp (advance registration required). This welcoming session helps you:
- Understand how the network works
- Connect with other new members in a smaller, informal setting
- Learn practical tips to make the most of your Freightcamp experience
- Share your goals and ask questions in a relaxed environment
The workshop is designed to boost your confidence and prepare you for the rest of the event.
Ice Breakers & Team Building
On the first afternoon, we host a team-building activity in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. It’s a fun and easy way to break the ice, encourage friendly conversation, and help everyone—new and returning members alike—feel more connected before diving into business meetings. These shared moments often lead to deeper, more genuine collaboration.
1to1 Meetings: Planned and Spontaneous
All attendees set up a personalized agenda of pre-scheduled 1to1 meetings in advance. Careful preparation leads to more productive conversations, and our scheduling portal, network directory, and the Panco Team are here to support you through it.
In addition to scheduled meetings, we also include open slots for unscheduled meetings—a great way to increase spontaneous interaction and give new members even more chances to connect with potential partners.
Beyond Business: Meaningful Connections
Freightcamp isn’t only about structured meetings. Informal gatherings and evening events throughout the three days give you plenty of opportunities to connect on a personal level. These moments often spark valuable conversations—sometimes even with laughter, dancing, and shared memories.
A Truly Welcoming Global Community
What new members consistently appreciate most is the warm and inclusive atmosphere at Freightcamp. While business is at the heart of the event, it’s the people that make it truly special. Many lasting partnerships—and even friendships—begin here.
Join us and meet the fantastic community you’re now part of.
We’d love to welcome you in person at Freightcamp!
