PANCO Unveils Its Most Ambitious Networking Calendar Yet

From global gatherings and regional meetings to specialised virtual summits, PANCO is creating more opportunities than ever for members to develop strategic business relationships.

At PANCO, we have always believed that strong partnerships are not built through occasional interactions.

They are built through consistency, trust, regular communication and shared business development over time.

This philosophy has shaped the way we approach networking and is the reason why we are proud to introduce the most ambitious and comprehensive networking calendar in PANCO’s history.

Our objective is simple: to create more opportunities throughout the year for members to connect, collaborate and strengthen relationships in different environments, industries and markets.

Our annual programme combines global and regional Freightcamps, specialised virtual summits and participation in key logistics exhibitions, creating a continuous platform for business development throughout the year.

At the centre of this strategy is Freightcamp Ho Chi Minh City, our flagship global gathering, where freight forwarders from around the world come together to exchange knowledge, explore new opportunities and build stronger business relationships.

Following the success of Freightcamp LATAM, the event has now become a permanent fixture within PANCO’s annual calendar. Together with our global gathering, it provides members with additional opportunities to strengthen relationships, explore new markets and develop business in a more focused regional environment.

To further strengthen expertise and collaboration, PANCO is also launching a new series of Vertical Freightcamps dedicated to key industry sectors including Project Cargo, Pharma & Healthcare and Perishables. These specialised virtual events will allow members with similar expertise and business interests to meet, exchange opportunities and develop industry-focused partnerships.

In addition, PANCO will continue strengthening its presence at major logistics exhibitions and trade fairs, creating further opportunities for members to connect not only within the community but also with customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders across the global logistics sector.

Why are we investing so heavily in creating these opportunities?

Because networking is evolving.

Today, success is no longer driven by the number of contacts a company has, but by the quality of the relationships it builds.

Independent freight forwarders need more than occasional quotations and transactional cooperation. They need trusted partners who understand their business, contribute to their growth, help develop new trade lanes and work together to create better solutions for customers.

In an industry increasingly shaped by technology, automation and digital communication, these human connections have become more valuable than ever.

Our goal is not simply to organise meetings.

Our goal is to create the environment where stronger partnerships emerge, expertise is shared and business relationships evolve into long-term strategic cooperation.

Because the strongest networks are not measured by the number of members they have.

They are measured by the strength of the relationships they create.
