São Paulo 2026: More Than an Event — A Moment for Our Community
Every now and then, something happens that goes beyond a normal event.
Not because of the format, not because of the venue — but because of the people involved.
That’s exactly what we are about to experience in São Paulo.
The response from all of you has been incredible. We are bringing together more than 90 partners, and that, honestly, says everything. It reflects the level of commitment, the curiosity, and the clear interest in building something meaningful in LATAM.
This is not just growth.
This is a signal.
LATAM matters. And it is here to stay in our calendar for the years to come.
Five Days That Go Beyond Meetings
For many of you, this will be your first time in São Paulo.
For others, it will be a return — but in a very different context.
What makes this special is that we are not experiencing it individually.
We are doing it together, as a network.
Over these five days, you will not only meet partners — you will start to understand a region, its dynamics, its opportunities, and the people behind it. And that always makes a difference.
Because at the end of the day, business in our industry is built on trust — and trust is built in moments like these.
What the Experience Looks Like
We have designed the program to flow naturally — from informal conversations to structured interaction, and then into a much larger ecosystem at Intermodal.
We begin on 12 April with a welcome reception at the Hotel Pullman Ibirapuera. An easy start, designed to reconnect, meet new faces, and set the tone for the days ahead in a relaxed environment.
On 13 April, we move into a full working day. A mix of training, shared knowledge, and one-to-one meetings that will allow you to interact with a high number of partners in a short period of time. These sessions are intentionally dynamic — short meetings, constant movement, and plenty of opportunities to identify where real collaboration can happen.
And then, from 14 to 16 April, everything expands at Intermodal South America.
Here, the dynamic changes. The environment becomes bigger, more intense, and full of opportunities — but also more dependent on your own initiative. This is where your preparation plays a key role. Using the PANCO booth as a base, organizing your appointments, connections and conversations in advance, and making the most of every interaction will define your results.
You will also have a shared space to host your contacts, invite partners, and continue conversations in a more relaxed setting throughout the exhibition.
A Personal Note
Events don’t create value on their own.
People do.
And what makes this one different is precisely that — the quality of the partners attending, the willingness to engage, and the shared intention to build something that goes beyond these five days.
So take the time to enjoy it as well.
Discover the city.
Have conversations without rushing.
Reconnect with people you already know and be open to those you don’t.
Because often, the most valuable outcomes come from the moments you didn’t plan.
We are really looking forward to seeing all of you in São Paulo.
Let’s make these five days count. 🚀
