Looking Back at Freightcamp LATAM + Intermodal South America 2026 — São Paulo, April 12–16, 2026

Looking Back at Freightcamp LATAM + Intermodal South America 2026 — São Paulo, April 12–16, 2026

Freightcamp LATAM 2026, held alongside Intermodal South America, has successfully concluded, marking another important milestone for collaboration across our network. Hosted in São Paulo, this five-day regional gathering brought together freight forwarders, logistics professionals, and partners from across Latin America and international markets, highlighting the region’s growing role in global trade.

Organized by PANCO Group, Freightcamp LATAM 2026 was designed to connect regional expertise with global opportunity—providing a platform where members could strengthen established partnerships while exploring new avenues for cooperation. Throughout the week, a strong sense of engagement and shared purpose underscored the importance of collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth.

The program opened with two days of pre-Intermodal activities, setting the tone for the days ahead. Through structured networking sessions, interactive discussions, and targeted presentations, participants exchanged insights, aligned on priorities, and identified concrete opportunities for collaboration. The program also featured a strategic collaboration with Luis Angel Mera Gonzalez, a respected Freight Forwarders Strategic Mentor in the Latin American logistics community. Drawing on extensive industry experience, his contribution brought added depth to the discussions, offering practical perspectives on pricing strategy, margin improvement, and long-term business sustainability.

At the heart of Freightcamp LATAM were the dedicated 1-to-1 meetings, which played a central role in facilitating direct, business-focused connections. These sessions enabled participants to engage in meaningful dialogue, explore synergies, and initiate partnerships that extend beyond the event itself. Complementing these interactions, workshops and panel discussions provided valuable insights into market trends, operational realities, and emerging opportunities across the LATAM region.

From April 14 to 16, Freightcamp activities continued alongside Intermodal South America 2026 at the Anhembi Exhibition Center, where PANCO Group hosted its members and partners at a dedicated booth. Serving as a central hub throughout the exhibition, the PANCO booth offered a dynamic space for meetings, informal exchanges, and engagement with industry visitors, strengthening the network’s visibility within one of Latin America’s leading logistics exhibitions.

Beyond the formal program, the event also created space for more personal connections. Social gatherings, shared meals, and informal meetups allowed participants to build rapport in a relaxed environment—fostering trust and reinforcing the sense of community that lies at the core of Freightcamp.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all participants who joined this year’s LATAM edition. Your engagement and collaborative spirit were instrumental in making the event both productive and memorable. We also thank our co-exhibitors—Airsea Forwarders, CLP Cargo Y Aduana, Globex Logistics, OBC One-Hand Carry, Pangea Logistics, Payoneer, PressEx Logistics, Prolinair, Red Line, Santova Logistics, Uni Logistics, and Vertice Worldwide—whose support contributed significantly to the success of this gathering.

As we move forward, the connections established and conversations initiated during these five days will continue to generate new opportunities and drive business growth across our network. Freightcamp LATAM 2026, held alongside Intermodal South America, once again highlighted the value of bringing together a global community with a shared vision for collaboration and long-term success.

Looking ahead, our calendar continues to build momentum with upcoming gatherings designed to further strengthen engagement across the network.
