Freight forwarders networking at Freightcamp Bangkok 2025

Freightcamp Bangkok took place from 11 to 13 November 2025, gathering PANCO members from around the world in Thailand's capital. The programme centred on structured one-to-one networking meetings, supported by evening receptions, shared meals and group activities that helped members build long-term partnerships.

As we reflect on our recently concluded meeting in the vibrant city of Bangkok, it’s clear that this last gathering was another remarkable milestone for our community. The energetic spirit of Thailand’s capital created the perfect atmosphere for our global freight forwarding partners to come together, connect, and strengthen relationships that span continents.

Freightcamp Bangkok brought together our esteemed members who share a commitment to professional networking, collaboration, and exploring new opportunities across borders. The event once again highlighted the strength of our community and the value of cultivating long-term partnerships within the logistics industry.

One of the key pillars of Freightcamp is the 1-to-1 networking meetings—and in Bangkok, these sessions truly stood out. Attendees engaged in productive, face-to-face discussions covering business strategies, emerging markets, and new possibilities for cooperation. The structured format ensured meaningful interactions, creating space for members to exchange insights, spark new ideas, and identify synergies for future ventures.

Beyond the meeting rooms, the event offered a lively program of social activities that balanced business with moments of enjoyment and connection. From evening receptions to shared meals and engaging group experiences, participants enjoyed Bangkok’s cultural charm while forming lasting friendships and deepening professional ties. These moments of unity are what make Freightcamp more than a conference—they make it a community.

To all who joined us in Bangkok, thank you. Your presence, energy, and collaboration made this event truly special. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our sponsors (Verus Global from China & Australia, Ocean Bridge Shipping from Morocco, Easyfresh Nederland from Netherlands, Cross Freight from Germany, Pace Global Logistics from the United States, Eastrong International from China, and Derda Logistik from Germany) whose support played an essential role in the success of this meeting.

As we close the Bangkok chapter, we look ahead with great excitement. The connections built and insights exchanged over these three days prepare us for an inspiring year ahead, filled with new opportunities to grow together.

What’s Next for 2026?

We are delighted to share the upcoming milestones on our 2026 calendar:

We warmly invite all members, whether you joined us in Bangkok or not, to be part of these exciting opportunities. Every gathering brings fresh energy, new partnerships, and meaningful collaboration that help strengthen our global network.
