What is Freightcamp?
Freightcamp is a joint annual meeting for freight forwarders members of pangea-network.com and connecta-network.com, celebrated every year in a different top class destination (Berlin, Ho Chi Minh City, Abu Dhabi, Barcelona). It is a 3 days event with a complete agenda that includes one2one business meetings, learning sessions and social networking for promoting contacts and partnership amongst participants.
Can I join the event?
Only Pangea and Connecta Members can participate in Freightcamp. If you would like to become a member of our group and meet our members during the event, please contact us for more details.
Who is attending the event?
Freightcamp is attended by first class independent freight forwarders from all around the world, members from Pangea and Connecta networks.

How can I book my room at the conference venue?
It is mostly convenient to assure your stay at the same conference hotel, JW Marriott Singapore South Beach, since all activities start and end from the hotel.
We have negotiated a group rate offer, inclusive of buffet breakfast and internet access, that starts at SGD 290++ (Deluxe room single occupancy), this is around 190€.

When will the one2one meeting scheduler open?
Prior the event, all registered and paid attendees will receive by email, Username and Password to access the one2one meeting scheduler, from where you can start booking your individual meetings with the partners of your interest.
The scheduler will open on Monday 30th September, and will remain open for 2 weeks, until 14th October
What is the dress code?
We recommend a business suit for the first morning start of meetings on Wednesday 23rd, as the Official Group Picture will be taken. Thereafter, the meeting attire is business casual. Particular recommendations will be given for each activity closer to the event.
Is the event insured?
Freightcamp is covered by a Public Liability Insurance for Events by Beazley Furlonge Limited, authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority. Registered number: 204896
