Freightcamp is a joint annual meeting for freight forwarders members of pangea-network.com and connecta-network.com, celebrated every year in a different top class destination (Amsterdam, Singapore, Berlin, Ho Chi Minh City, Abu Dhabi, Barcelona). It is a 3 days event with a complete agenda that includes one2one business meetings, learning sessions and social networking for promoting contacts and partnership amongst participants.

The safety of all participants is our major priority and in coordination with Millennium Hilton Bangkok hotel, the event will be held following the safety and prevention protocols against Covid-19 established by the Thai authorities.

It is mostly convenient to assure your stay at the same conference hotel, Millennium Hilton Bangkok, since all activities start and end from the hotel.

We have negotiated a group rate offer at THB 4,800 per night, aprox USD 130 (Deluxe River View single use) inclusive of 17.7% prevailing government taxes and service charge, buffet breakfast and internet access in guest room.

Prior the event, all registered and paid attendees will receive by email, Username and Password to access the one2one meeting scheduler, from where you can start booking your individual meetings with the partners of your interest.

The dates for opening/closing the meeting scheduler will be advised.

We recommend a business suit for the first morning start of meetings on Wednesday 10^th, as the Official Group Picture will be taken. Thereafter, the meeting attire is business casual. Particular recommendations will be given for each activity closer to the event.
